Weekend 14th/15th March
The first weekend of open racing of the year for the Club.
Northern Andrew and Bruce road the Redbridge Warmup Series, unfortunately Bruce's first bunch race was a baptism of fire with a crash delaying him at the start and was latter at the start and he was pulled out later on as a lapped rider. After getting into a break mid race Andrew held on until the last lap to finish 20th.
Then Sunday morning Keith and Stephen lined up for the SCCU 21 Hardriders with two laps of the Bletchingley circuit in cold and wet conditions. Both riders felt they could have gone better if wasn't for the conditions, Keith with a 1:03 and Stephen a 1:14.
